We were spending 40 minutes to 3 hours trying to put our two month old to bed. I would be in tears I’d be so frustrated and eventually cave and let him sleep with me which wasn’t helping me get much sleep. With just a few simple tips from Christin he is putting himself to bed in 5 minutes! We now have our evenings back, our bed back, and I don’t dread bedtime anymore. Christin has made a huge impact with our 6 month old’s sleep. She created a plan that worked well with our family and also around our 2 year old’s schedule. Within a few days, our baby was putting himself to sleep for naps and bedtime. Prior he would fall asleep nursing or rocking and it was incredibly difficult to transfer him to the crib. He is now having two naps a day and sleeping for 12 hours at night. His overall mood has also improved due to being well rested. I contacted Christin to help with my son’s early morning wakings (4:30-5:30am). We entered a sleep regression phase at 10 months and he was dealing with short naps; overall he was starting his days off tired and unhappy.

We contacted Christin prior to our daughter’s birth, as we knew how important sleep was, and wanted to start laying the foundation right from the start. Her support during the newborn phase helped us learn about sleepy cues, wake windows, healthy sleep routines, and to troubleshoot some issues we were having (ex: excessive daytime sleep). Once it came to sleep training, Christin helped put together a plan that our family was comfortable with. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, provided the encouragement we needed as first time parents and gave us helpful feedback. At 4.5 months, we all are sleeping amazingly! Us parents are happy to have our evenings to ourselves, and our daughter is safe and much happier sleeping in her own crib and room. Christin is just the sweetest! My 9 month old entered a phase of regression and developmental changes, we needed a major schedule change in order to get back our naps and cancel those early morning wakings. After a few conversations back and forth and some new ideas thrown into place we got our big napper back and cut out those early morning wake ups! She is very quick to respond and very involved.
