Hiring a sleep consultant changed my life.

I spent hours researching how I could get my son to sleep better, more hours of failed attempts and even more hours not sleeping. In the thick of our sleep deprivation, we were getting 45 minute stretches at a time. We were co-sleeping and I had no other tools in my toolbelt, besides nursing; to get my son back to sleep. We spent 5 very long months of this routine, or lack thereof, until I finally reached my boiling point. My health was suffering; mentally, physically and emotionally and I worried how the lack of sleep was affecting my son and his development.

In just three days, our son was falling asleep unassisted, sleeping in his own crib in his room, sleeping through the night and he was so happy! He was finally able to connect his sleep cycles All in a Row. We were finally getting healthy and restorative sleep that our brain relies on and our bodies deserve.
